"We absolutely loved our stay here. We spent a lot of time on the deck looking at the beautiful water view. Very comfortable furniture outside and inside. Tons of space for everyone to spread out if needed, well-stocked kitchen, great coffee maker. Terrific place to use as a base for exploring Cape Breton. Bonus - Jo, the property manager was terrific! "

"Absolutely amazing choice. Oceanside view with the rolling waves and the fresh smell of the saltwater wafting in was absolutely perfect. The wind blowing by the house along with the cormorants, ducks, and all the other wildlife topped the vacation "

"Lovely place with peace and quiet. A bit off the main road but not far from highway. Front entrance is a bit steep as is the fell driveway so those with some mobility issues be advised. Would stay there again for sure "

"Jay's cabin was perfect for us. Spotlessly clean, nicely decorated, super comfy beds, well stocked kitchen and great location on the Cabot Trail. We enjoyed days exploring the trail and evenings on the porch or walking to the ocean on trails on the property - views from the cliff-top were magnificent. Thanks for a great stay, Jay. Maybe we'll get back there one day. "

"A group of eight guys headed to Cape Breton for 4 nights and five days at Baddeck and luckily picked the best possible place to stay that we could. The course is right next to Bell Bay Golf Club which was convenient for us as we played three rounds there, one at Cape breton Highlands (1 hr away) and one round at the Lakes at Ben Oein (1 hr away). House was clean and well supplied. Everything worked properly in the unit and we had no problems. Communications with Tyson was quick and easy and I...

"This house was centrally located to everything we wanted to do while in this area of Cape Breton. It was quiet and comfortable and we appreciated being able to do laundry. I would recommend it to other travelers."

"The property was lovely and as advertised. The deck and screened in porch were favorite places to relax. Richard the owner was very responsive when we had questions. The location was very private, yet close enough to any needed amenities. There is a trail to the Fairy Hole very near the property. We would happily return! "

The kids and the dog loved roaming the beach right outside and swimming in such perfectly clear and calm water was wonderful. Well equipped apartment and helpful friendly hosts. "Imagine waking up to a beautiful sunrise over a flowing river bend and seeing eagles flying, deer crossing , and beaver swimming and you have it all to yourself. That's singing bowl yurt. A once in a lifetime unique experience. So glad we went!"
