"TV did not work. Mgr. tried but would not work. Elevator was out of service. Had to walk two flights. I am disabled and only will stay on 1st. floor unless equipped with elevator. "Musty smell and bedding had stains. Didn’t have bugs but it was very outdated and uncomfortable. Key card deactivated multiple times. Person at the front desk was nice and helpful but I won’t stay again."
