• Lawn and outdoor maintenance may occasionally occur during daytime hours, weather permitting. Service is typically brief.

• For the safety of guests, neighbors, and the property, fireworks are not permitted at any time.

• Complimentary pool heating is available upon request from October through April. Please allow up to 48 hours for the pool to warm. During cooler weather, especially when temperatures fall below 60°F, the pool may not reach or maintain the desired temperature.

• The property is located near a railroad corridor, and train noise may occasionally be heard. Noise sensitivity varies from guest to guest.
