When you want to stay closer to home, lounge about the private, glittering pool, or host a barbecue with your loved ones in the backyard.

Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and a warm feeling of welcome throughout the space. Enjoy the beachy decor, the comfortable furniture, and streaming your favorite shows on the large TV in the living area. The open and airy floor plan was specifically designed for togetherness, so no conversation will be lost here! Hobby chefs will love preparing grand meals and beach picnic snacks in the sophisticated kitchen, equipped with a formal dining table, a breakfast bar, and all the cupboard room you'll ever need. With four beds and a futon, there's more than enough room for everyone to get a comfortable night's sleep from the day's adventures.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Was very impressed with this home! It had everything you could need or want. Wonderful location and peaceful. If there would be one bad thing it’s the back patio area, it really needs to be cleaned up. Will most definitely be back!!

Disappointing

We were very excited to stay here as we love Jensen Beach, but unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. The pool was not running at all and was completely unusable—it was filthy, filled with debris, and even had wads of hair floating in it. This was a major letdown, as the pool was one of the main reasons we booked the property.Upon entering the house, we were immediately hit with a strong smell of dog urine, which lingered throughout our stay. We also discovered critters in the cabinets and bugs all over the dirty pots and pans—making it very uncomfortable to use the kitchen.To make matters worse, communication with the property manager was poor. We were told someone would be sent to address these issues, but no one ever came, and the problems remained unresolved throughout our stay.Overall, the condition of the property did not meet basic cleanliness standards, and the lack of follow-through only added to our frustration. This experience fell far below our expectations.

Great home for 3 couples!

This space worked out perfect for our group of 3 couples. Walking to town is easy and it is close to everything we wanted to do. The place was very clean and well appointed with everything we needed for our weeklong stay. We will definitely consider this place for next year.

Beach House

Property was cute and quirky, decorated in beach theme. It was clean. It was strangely laid out with two doors leading to the pool through the bedrooms. The pool is very close to the doors, but was clean. I had a two year old with us, so obviously worried about pool security. Each door had 3-4 separate locks as well as one door with an alarm. It was a very dated property covered up with paint. Location was the best part, walking distance to restaurants, a few shops and water (not a sand beach). 2 miles from sand beach. Kitchen had plenty of basic dishes for cooking/serving. The bathrooms are dated, but plenty of good shower water pressure. Tub needs recaulked and towels need replacing. It was clean and met our needs but would not stay here again.

A lovely…tear down

This place is advertised to be a 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a lovely outdoor but in reality it’s an old bungalow falling apart with minimal care by the property managers. We could not use the third bedroom that was needed because was occupied and used as a storage room with all outdoor patio furniture, so we end up to have one person sleeping on the sofa bed that was in the second bedroom creating an uncomfortable situation because of no privacy. We could not use the outdoor area because all furniture was inside the bedroom, se we could not use the pool, grill and eat outside. The second bathroom is a joke, the shower head is so rusted that no water comes out from it. The master bedroom has a mattress that is probably fifty years old, and the bed structure will collapse any time soon. The washer had mold inside, so watch out if you plan on using it. Thee kitchen is outdated and cabinets falling apart. If you have 1200 to spend for two nights i recommend to go somewhere else because this place is not worth that at all. Also the house is so close to the street that you can hear every single car cruising by. Overall a disaster experience. We even found underwear from previous guests which tells you how clean that Property is. On top of that the vacasa team and or local property manager absolutely useless and unprofessional

We had an amazing visit. The details and bright colors were beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool area and backyard. The corner location is beautiful and loved seeing the water nearby.

Birthday Week

The house was just perfect for the 4 of us. Conveniently located to fun restaurants and the beach. It was clean and very quiet. Beds were comfy and the living room was nice. We did cook a few meals and had all the utensils we needed. We also used the grill. All was very good. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again or to recommend the property.

My husband, children and I stayed here to visit family in the area. The house was lovely, we relaxed by the pool, visited bathtub beach and the Indian river park children's museum. It's close to restaurants and stores, we even got a target delivery the night we got in!

Location just as advertised, great location, quiet neighborhood and everything you need to have a good time. Backyard was private with not only a pool but a good bbq and nice sitting areas. Owner was very helpful and communative.

We have stayed at this charming cottage two years in a row now and we continue to be happy. This time we did notice that the property could use a little refurbishing but it didn't change our opinion about the choice we made. The location is great and convenient to everything. I love Jensen Beach. This place is fantastic. The location is excellent. There are great restaurants nearby. Having access to a pool was lifesaving with the children. Enjoyed it so much that I extended my stay a few additional days. Definitely will book again.

Fantastic Family House

My husband, dog and extended family stayed at the Jensen Beach house for a full week. Though the house could use a little updating the location is fantastic and within easy walking to restaurants & a great seafood market. The pool was our main focus & didn’t disappoint. Kitchen was well stocked, lots of beach towels and plenty of extras. Communication with owner was a breeze.
