"The unit is spotless, greatly appreciate how immaculate it is. It was not explicitly stated it was on the second floor only accessible by outside stairs. Yes, the was a picture of the stairs in the listing but there was also a picture of the front of the building and several doors. I did communicate this to the owner and was told I should have known from the picture. Highly disappointed by the response. "

"This was my first trip back to Wise and Dickinson Counties in 30 years and the first time for my friends. This house was a wonderful base for day trips in different directions. The space was perfect for a good night sleep to get you ready for another busy day."

"The property was unique and roomy as advertised, and very convenient to Breaks. The location offers very limited options for dinner, but that is not the fault of the owner. The owner was very responsive throughout the process. Kinda pricey for only 2 people, but great if you are filling the space. "

"I stayed here with my mom while visiting town, and we absolutely loved it! It was clean, cozy, and had plenty of space for the two of us. The location was quiet but still convenient to everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again! "

"My husband and I stayed in two of the units in this locations, and loved both of them. We were out and about most of the time we were there so we didn’t spend much time there but they were both perfectly clean and comfortable to sleep in. Josh is great with communication and responding in a timely manner. He and his wife go above and beyond to make sure guests feel at home. We will likely be staying again if/when we make it back over that way. "

The owner was also very flexible in extending our check out time by a little bit since the checkout time was 10 and we had a funeral at 1, leaving us with 3 hours of downtime. We were all very appreciative and would leave a higher review if possible!"
