"This is a great property. We will certainly be back. I absolutely love the set up of the home, how clean it was and all the little touches that the homeowner did to make it inviting. They reached out to check on us as well and were very responsive. We have been to Kentucky four times now and this is our favorite place even though it’s in IN. This is also close to the expo center for any events. We were in town for Archery. "

"House was clean, no major issues. Bed frames were squeaky anytime you moved or rolled over. Doors were also squeaky and needed some lubrication. Doorknobs were loose and needed tightened. Water line wasn't hooked up to fridge and ice trays were not provided, so we had to buy ice. Light bulbs were out in several rooms but ceiling was so high we couldn't change them out even if we wanted to. Would have been nice to have curtains on the windows in addition to the blinds as the sun was very bright...

"We stayed here while we were waiting to move into our house. Upon arriving initially I wasn’t sure the house was going to be what we booked. However upon getting in, it was perfect. It was very nicely decorated and there is a ton of space for families or large groups. The outdoor space is lovely. When we arrived there was a few issues, but Tyler was a rockstar and immediately fixed all the issues we had. My kids especially loved the arcade machine. "

"We arrived in Jeffersonville and the place was very easy to find and was located on a quiet street. The neighbors were friendly. There is a Starbucks a few minutes away. The rental had a nice kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms were very cozy. We would stay again."

"Cute house with comfy beds. Third bedroom could use a bed instead of a futon. You need to bring an air mattress if you need three bedrooms. There was only one trashcan in the kitchen. Adding some trashcans in the bathrooms would be helpful. There was a strong odor in the house, but there had recently been flooding in the area. The host brought over an air purifier as soon as we notified them. The floors were not the cleanest as you could feel grit under your feet when you walked on them "

"Awesome location for enjoying the barges on the river, walking to the Big Four walking bridge, and dinner in Jeffersonville! We spent most of our time on the riverside porch with a breeze! The Deaconess Guest House is well cared for and we felt welcomed by the clean, well appointed living spaces. "
