Welcome to Maple Mountain Madness! Wake up to panoramic mountain views on nine acres of open field, a stone’s throw from town in Cambridge. Bike the Lamoille Valley Rail Trail, cool off at the swimming hole around the corner or ski Smuggs in winter, then gather around the firepit under the stars. With three queen beds plus a pull-out couch, 1.5 baths, a fully stocked kitchen and in-unit laundry, there’s room to settle in.

The space

This bright, newly finished retreat was made for slowing down and soaking in Vermont.

Three queen bedrooms, each with its own personality. A pull-out couch in the living room makes room for extra guests.

Curl up on the couch after a day on the slopes or the trail, or gather the crew around the dining table for game night with our board and card game collection. Big windows let in plenty of natural light all day.

A fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook, and a dishwasher. Start your morning at the coffee station, stocked with Green Mountain K-cups.

A dedicated entry with a ski rack and hooks for coats and gear, so skis, boots and snowy layers stay at the door.

In-unit washer and dryer, which is perfect for longer stays or after a snowy day outside.
Nine acres of open field to explore, wide-open views in every direction, and a firepit for s’mores and stargazing.

Guest access
You’ll have the entire unit to yourselves, plus access to the field and firepit. We live on site, so you may meet our dog Lola. She’s super sweet and loves to say hello!

Getting around
You’re just outside town, so restaurants and local shops are a short drive away. The Lamoille Valley Rail Trail is right nearby for biking, walking, snowshoeing and cross-country skiing. On warm days, cool off at the swimming hole just around the corner. In winter, Smugglers’ Notch Resort is a quick trip up the road for skiing and riding. 45 minutes to Burlington, 1 hour to Montpelier, and 30 minutes to Stowe.
