This house welcomes you in its large bright spaces with 3m ceilings, where the details have been thought out for your well-being. The house has 7 comfortable bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a large living room, ideal for sharing convivial moments. The garden invites you to relax with its swimming pool, and its hundred-year-old chestnut tree conducive to sunny afternoons as well as outdoor banquets during the day or in the evening (starred).
You can also take advantage of the ping pong table and games room to vary your activities.

Located in an area rich in tourist activities, our residence is the perfect starting point to explore the region. Leaving the A10 motorway at exit 36, you will be there in less than 5 minutes.
You can then stroll on the fine sandy beaches of the Atlantic coast (35 min), visit the Palmyre zoo (45min) and also very simply discover the charming traditional villages and preserved Charente hamlets or go for a bike ride through the Cognac wine landscapes. Many tours organized in Cognac in the cellars of small and large houses (35min). For culture lovers, historical and heritage sites are nearby, while gourmets will appreciate the local markets and gastronomic restaurants (10min) which showcase the specialties of the region.

Originally from Saintonge, our family would be delighted to welcome you to their character home (old farm), for all festive occasions (weddings, baptisms...) or professional (training, seminar...). Your group will meet in an authentic and original setting.
