We loved this place. I took my daughter and 2 grandsons for a last outing before school and it didn't disappoint. The home was so clean and roomy. Nestled under several oak and black walnut trees (the 22-month old boy thought the walnuts were balls) makes it nice to sit outside without the sun bearing down on you. Easy entry and exit out of the property with a jet ski being pulled. A boat would work just fine. Sara is very prompt with communication, even when you get a little lost getting there (a bridge was unknowingly out on our original route). I most certainly would recommend this property for a quiet, comfortable stay by and awesome lake.

Overall was a nice place. The pictures are deceiving. There is no direct access to the lake. Where it was a “public access” that the owner stated which was about half a mile away, it all had locked gates on the dock and could not use.

Sara thought of everything. This is an absolute gem of a place to relax, recoup, and recharge with family. If you need a long weekend in a cozy cottage - this place will not disappoint.

Relaxing Weekend

The home was very inviting and so cozy. There was everything we needed and a perfect environment to read, relax and enjoy the sunsets. The walk to the water was also nice and not too far. Overall a wonderful trip.

Nice Place in secluded area

Nice place to stay, clean and designed well and very clean. Wish it had direct water access and was told she was of time I’d have to get there on a gravel road.

Perfect retreat away

The house was a perfect retreat away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. It was a bit far from the closest town, but if you want to be secluded and away this is the place for you. Great hosts and beautiful home!

Best Labor Day Trip

We had a marvelous time and the place was very cozy and comfortable for our family. It was very clean as well and the kitchen had everything we needed to help us cook the food we brought and enjoy our stay! Thanks to our host as well for all her help and communication. Definitely one of our favorite trips ever. We loved everything about this place and the location.

Peace and Quiet

We wanted a getaway that was peaceful and quiet and we couldn’t have asked for a better place. The owners thought of everything from spices to coffee to pots and pans to soap to cozy blankets. We will definitely be back!

Had a great time at Sara's property. The house was perfect and the availability of kayak's to take out on the river was the cherry on top! Would recommend.

Wonderful

The host provides good communication and was quick to respond to any messages. Great location. The house was clean and comfortable. We were at the lake for a BASS tournament and will look to see if this place is available the next time we are in town.
