Javea, luxury 3 bedroom duplex poolside apartment, walk to beach.

This ground floor duplex apartment is positioned overlooking a delightful swimming pool within secure community grounds. There is a fully fitted modern kitchen off the entrance hall and next to it is the downstairs bathroom. Into the lounge area is table and chairs and seating for 6 people, with TV, radio, CD and DVD player. Through the sliding patio doors onto the private terrace overlooking the pool with table and chairs for 6 people. There is an extendible awning for those hot summer evenings. Upstairs leads to the master bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom. A further 2 bedrooms with twin beds and a main bathroom. All bedrooms fitted with built-in wardrobes and drawers.
Outside, there are community landscaped gardens to the front and back with a small childrens play area. The underground car park is accessed by staircase or lift to your reserved car parking space. At the back of this space is our storeroom for garden/ beach chairs, loungers and snorkelling equipment.
NOTE - The urbanisation have voted to have the exterior of the apartments painted. This should take place in SPRING 2019 but we cannot be sure of timings or any disruption at this stage.


Additional information about our apartment: Our holiday home is located in Cala Blanca, a fairly quiet suburb of Javea but is easily accessible to the three main areas of Javea. Firstly, the very popular Arenal beach, with it's golden sands bordered with bars, restaurants and shops. Secondly, the port area with it's fishing harbour, beautiful promenade with many restaurants, bars and shops. Thirdly, the old town with many historic buildings, narrow streets and markets.
Our apartment is a great base for a family holiday with mostly English and Spanish families. We have had many holidays there ourselves and have equipped the place with all the things that a family would need away from home.

Tennis: There are local tennis courts for hire per hour.
5 minutes walk away at Toscamar Club, 5 minutes drive is Javea Club de Tenis and 10 mins drive to the courts at Javea Golf club.

Très bel appartement ,propre, très fonctionnel avec tout le nécessaire.Il manquerai juste la climatisation dans les chambres, sinon c'est parfait.

Para repetir

Es un alojamiento ideal para disfrutar unos días en Jávea. Es cómodo, tiene de todo, está limpio, bien cuidado. Es un duplex con 3 habitaciones y 3 baños. La urbanización está fenomenal, muy tranquila, con la piscina a pie de apartamento. Cuenta también con plaza de aparcamiento. El dueño es muy amable y atento y los vecinos, quienes nos dieron las llaves, aún más. Un sitio para repetir, sin duda. Muchas gracias por todo.

Vacaciones en familia

Hemos pasado unos días estupendos en el apartamento. Todo estaba muy limpio y el apartamento perfecto. Lo único que debido a la ola de calor que hemos pasado este verano, hemos echado de menos algún aparato de aire acondicionado. La urbanización era muy familiar y el vecindario estupendo. Para regresar, sin duda.

Fantastic place to disconnect and enjoy the beach and sunny weather

Very cozy house, with a terrace where you can have lunch and dinner overlooking the pool. All the furniture is almost new. Everything very clean. The owner is charming. Always ready to make things easier

Close to Arenal clean and everything you need but no WiFi Tv signal or air conditioning

The owner is very helpful and the property is well situated and clean There is no tv signal so you can only watch DVD’s there is no WiFi but plenty in cafes around and there is no air conditioning but plenty of fans not sure how they’d cope in the height of summer though You know all this before you go though as the owner is very upfront about it There is plenty of room in the apartment and the bed we slept in was comfortable The only downside for me personally was that I was ill while I was out there and there was no medical information in the properties handbook which I found strange and lacking I needed an emergency doctor on a Saturday and if I didn’t have family living in Javea I wouldn’t have know where to access this That aside Javea is a quiet family resort not too far from Benidorm or nightlife with plenty of restaurants Not sure if we would stay again maybe maybe not the only thing that would stop us us the WiFi tv situation

Sehr empfehlenswert!!!

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Familienurlaub zu fünft in dem Apartment verbracht. Es gab nichts auszusetzen! Der Vermieter war bei Fragen immer sofort erreichbar und super freundlich! Das Apartment hat eine gute Lage in Javea und schöne Buchten, Märkte, Supermärkte und Restaurants sind schnell erreicht. Die Anlage mit Pool ist sehr schön und sehr gepflegt. In dem schönen und geräumigen Apartment mangelt es an nichts. Selbst Dinge wie Bügeleisen/-brett, Elektrogrill, Kinderbett, Ventilatoren,... alles da! Besonders zu schätzen lernt man die Tiefgarage direkt unter der Anlage mit eigenem Stellplatz. Kein Parkplatz suchen ,immer in ein schön kühles Auto einsteigen und mit dem Aufzug bis ca. 10m neben die Apartmenttür fahren - super! In jedem Fall können wir das Apartment nur empfehlen und kommen bestimmt selbst auch wieder!!!

Hemos estado disfrutando una semana de Javea y su entorno,nos ha parecido todo precioso.En cuanto el recibimiento de Kelly muy amable y cariñosa,el apartamento muy limpio y confortable,y muy cómodo al tener la piscina a pie de terraza...ha sido una semana para repetir al cien por cien......

Rundum perfekt - Perfect Stay

Das Apartment ist Teil einer kleinen Ferienanlage mit Pool und liegt fußläufig zum Meer. Die Ausstattung lässt meines Erachtens keine Wünsche offen, alles Nötige ist vorhanden und in gutem und sauberen Zustand. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist direkt, absolut unkompliziert und mehr als zuvorkommend. Eine absolute Empfehlung - unser Urlaub war perfekt! The apartment is part of a small urbanisation with pool, located in walking distance to the sea. It is fully equipped and everything is in good condition and clean. Roger (the landlord) is more than helpful and absolutely lovely. Communication was easy and quick. All in all five stars for everything and a recommendation for everyone - our holiday was totally relaxing thanks to the perfect circumstances.

Nice property although terrace area and furniture looking tatty. Could do with with a TV upgrade very difficult to get a signal on most channels. Overall clean and tidy, convenient for local supermarket, nice walks and 15 mins to beach.

Home from Home, ticks all the boxes you need for a very successful holiday.

A very safe, dignified, secure property that attracts the right kind of people who will help enhance you time in, “Javea”. As first timers staying at this property it’s only natural that you have some concerns or trepidation, that the place will live up to it’s billing, but any question marks that we may have had, very quickly faded away once we arrived and settled in. We would throughly recommend to all and sundry, come and have a go if you want a great holiday.

Great location and the property itself was lovely.

However there were a few points which were a bit disappointing for a 'luxury' property 1. No wifi.. this is the 21st century. 2. The oven was basic ( not fan assisted) so cooking in the apartment wasn't very easy.. compared to home.. the owner needs to invest in a better oven. This is HomeAway after all. 3. We had a problem with the patio door not locking securely. This was rectified quite quickly, but the owners rep made us feel a bit 'fussy' for even thinking this was a problem. I know Javea is not a high crime area but customers need to be sure their valuables are secure when they go out for the day. 4. There was a drain hose attached to the hot water system in the kitchen which drained into a plastic water bottle. All a bit Heath Robinson in my opinion. The bottle overflowed and we came down to a puddle of water on the kitchen floor one morning. There were no instructions about this in the handbook and no sign warning visitors that the bottle needs emptying regularly. Needs a better system or at the very least a sign in the kitchen to advise visitors that the bottle need emptying regularly. 5. The towels are very old and scratchy.
