"The photos of this home are excellent, but don’t do it justice! The rooms are more spacious than they appear. We have 42 people and there was plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen is well stocked and large, with two fridges and two dishwashers. We would definitely stay here again. "

"Property was very clean. We have never stayed anywhere so well well equipped; kitchen, bathrooms etc…. "Overall we had a great experience. I indicated only 4 stars for checkin because the door lock did not work. But I was able to contact owner and he gave us the code to the garage and got the door repaired the same day. We were there during a very hot day and it seemed the AC was not able to keep up. Things were better the other two days but they were not as hot. So they may to evaluate if the AC unit is large enough for the size of the house.. But again, the owner communicated well and...

"We had a family reunion with more than 60 people. The home and apartment was the perfect size for the size of the group with enough sleep options and open space to where we did feel like we were on top of each other the whole time we were there. Plenty of parking and enough grass area for outside activities. The hosts were great to work with and responded quickly to our questions through our our stay. Access to the clubhouse was a plus and we enjoyed the private beach for the water activities....

"We loved our stay at Black Moose. The home was spacious, clean and in a great location. Plenty of room for the 40 of us. The large indoor pool was a big hit with everyone as well as the large indoor basketball/ pickleball court. The yard was very large and worked great for our outdoor activities.
