I was travelling solo so this sort of care an attention was gratefully received. My room was cleaned every day. Unfortunately some mosquitos must have got in and used ti bother me every night. "Sehr sauberes und großes Zimmer. Hotel ist sehr schick und neu. Personal beim Check-in und Check-out eher scheu und kurz angeboten. Wenige bis keine Infos zum Hotel usw. Fahrstuhl Situation eher schlecht. Einer ging gar nicht und der andere viel zu langsam und überfüllt. Treppenhaus nicht vorhanden? Schließfächer im Gepäckraum zur Hälfte alle kaputt und der Rest belegt, so dass wir unser Gepäck einfach im Raum stehen lassen mussten."

"STAY AWAY FROM THUS PLACE! I stayed in Apartment 5-2-Birds Nest at the Golden Roof Apartments by Penz, which are owned and managed by Stage 12 Hotel. The biggest issue was that the apartment was extremely hot, even though it was raining outside and the temperature was only about 18°C. We opened all the windows and used the two fans provided, but the apartment never cooled down. "We quite enjoyed our charming, bright, roomy "family room" at the hotel. The front desk staff were very helpful. I asked them a number of questions regarding hikes, bike rentals and public transportation, and they were thorough and pleased to help. "Great location, and nicely decorated hotel. Great breakfast too! However 1) no full mirror in the bedroom ( super annoying for a lady that needs to dress up) 2) réception clerk had a double booking for the same night, gave us the room because we were the first one showing up..but made a whole fuss about it ( not our fault if there were 2 bookings on 2 different platforms made at the same time honestly!)."
