Both Giuseppe and his colleague Dario were super friendly and helpful. A typically European style continental breakfast is offered daily. "We thought the location great, and having the beautiful theater Massimo as prime view was wonderful! In the heart of historic Palermo, we could walk to prime sites easily. The hotel is not accessible by car, but small walking distance to first parking spots. We were able to park our car easily on public park meters and it wasn’t expensive, and no problem of safety (free public parking on Sunday). The rooms were beautifully decorated and sparkling clean. "The Arche Design Rooms and Suites was a good choice for us. We found it comfortable and convenient with good food choices nearby. The recommendations by the team for where to eat were so helpful and we felt really welcomed. We didn’t use the Spa so can’t comment. Our late arrival was no problem and we enjoyed the breakfasts - all the food was fresh and tasty. We enjoyed our stay and would certainly recommend Arche to other travellers "
