"This accommodation looked appealing on the website but was quite different when we arrived. Customers need to be aware that there is no front desk! You must receive a message by text/email for your entry code to the building and entry code to the lock box to access the key to your room. So many people stranded outside and we had to go through the process with them to help them access their room for the five days we were there. The elevator was not working so we had to carry luggage to the third...

"The apartment is well kept, in an area that is less then 15 minutes by feet to all major landmarks including the railway station.
Parking was well marked and comfortable. And support from the owners made everything a breeze.
Unfortunately, I think at the moment a fair evaluation for this apartment would be around 7.5 and this is due to 2 main things: 1. the bed and 2. the night noise of the appliances. Both contributed to having less sleep than expected and going away one night before.

"This is an accommodation without a reception on the premises,
Had asked for early check-in, but did not get a useful response. Communicated efficiently via Expedia messaging system to get access to luggage storage and had expected to receive codes for the room via the same channel. However, waited until half an hour after the latest check-in time and then contacted the off-site office and was told that they did not have a contact information that could be used.

"really nice and not too far away from old town, only problem was we got told we needed to get a key for the apartment from the security, we went to the security and she didn’t speak any english so we struggled communicating. we then found out we didn’t need a key and actually needed a code which we were told it had been sent to us which it hadn’t. we eventually got it. "
