객실 청결도와 직원의 친절도는 좋았으나, 금연 객실임에도 불구하고 욕실을 통해 담배 냄새가 유입되어 괴로웠고 객실의 책상용 의자가 고장으로 높이 고정이 되지 않는 점이 불편했습니다.
