Tranquility awaits you in this luxurious 5 bedroom/5-bathroom home! Drive through the motorized gate and park in the shade of the large carport (room for 3 cars). Enjoy a swim in the private pool surrounded by lush landscaping. Lounge on the covered patio with seating area and large outdoor dining table. Create a culinary masterpiece using The Big Green Egg smoker, gas BBQ, or in the modern, well-equipped kitchen. Admire breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea, Table Mountain, and the Spanish Water from the amazing rooftop terrace. You’ll feel like you are at your own private resort! The house features 2 master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and access to a wraparound covered balcony, and an additional bedroom with separate bathroom located on the second floor. Two more bedrooms are located on the first floor that share a bathroom off the hall. Four bedrooms are equipped with King sized beds, one has a Queen-sized bed. There is also a full bathroom with a shower at the covered patio/pool area. The large kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove and oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer with ice & water dispenser, dishwasher, toaster, panini maker, blender, Nespresso coffee machine, and a large indoor dining table. The cozy living room has a comfortable sectional sofa and smart TV. Laundry is a breeze with a full-sized washer/dryer, iron & ironing board, clothes steamer, drying racks, and a large clothesline behind the house as well.

Situated in the sought-after Vista Royal neighborhood in Jan Thiel, you are less than a kilometer from a grocery store, Jan Thiel beach, multiple resorts with several bars & restaurants, shopping, and a casino, the Jan Thiel salt flats & inland lagoon w/ hiking trail, and the famous I Love Curacao cliff-side bench!
It’s a short drive to other resorts/beaches, tons of restaurants and shopping, the spectacularly beautiful Old Quarry golf course (voted best Caribbean golf course in 2018 and 2019 by USA Today!!!), charming Dutch Colonial downtown Willemstad, and so much more!

Up to 60 KWh electricity per day is included in the nightly price; additional usage will be charged to you at €0.55 per KWh deducted from the damage deposit.

We fully enjoyed our stay at the Villa! Everything was perfect. It was very clean, very well stocked and has everything we needed. The location was great for walks to restaurants and the Jan Thiel Beach. We were a group of 8 adults and the villa made our stay in curaçao a wonderful stay. What a beautiful island!

This was one of the nicest stays we’ve experienced! The hosts and management were very welcoming and helpful; any issues/questions were addressed immediately. 7 of us enjoyed large spaces together and privately. The location is great and beautiful! We definitely want to stay here again!

Great house

The House was perfect for hanging out as a group and for splitting up as to have some alone time. Plenty of places to eat in the area our fav was Pasawa and Salmon Grill. The property manager Mandy was great very responsive, friendly and knowledgeable even when we called for a minor issue they came out to assist on a holiday. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We plan to stay there again on our next trip.

Home away from home

The villa is wonderful and there are many thoughtful and considerate things to make it feel at home. The hosts provide everything you could need.Our group included adults, children under 10, teenagers and a baby and it suited our needs. Even in a large group, there are places you can escape to including the rooftop and corners of the balcony. The location is excellent. Walking distance from a Jan Thiel beach and a supermarket. We were able to fit all of our cars on the drive. It is worth hiring a car to explore the island and reach closeby restaurants etc. Willemstad is a relatively short drive away.The hosts and Mandy are very responsive and lovely. Thank you for allowingǰ us to stay in your home x

Lovely Home in best location on Curasao

Our first vacation in Curasao. The house is beautiful and very clean. 2 bedrooms one bath downstairs and one full bathroom outside by the pool. 3 bedroom 3 bathrooms upstairs. Some of the beds have 2 twin mattresses to make a king. If you and your partner are middle of the bed sleepers, chose a room with a king mattress. The kings made of twins tend to separate making for uneven sleep.Kitchen is nicely equipped which made for 4 nights for home cooked meals. Pool area is covered and meals outside allow you to enjoy the breeze.

Wonderful Villa

The property was amazing and the property manager was extremely responsive. If you want to have a reunion and hang out, this property is perfect.The location is far from the best beaches on Curacao and the traffic while we were there was pretty bad. Convenient access to the marina at Caracas Bay.

Great House, Great Location, Great for Families

The house was exactly what we were looking for. It was clean and spacious, with plenty of communal areas to gather and rooms to keep to one's own (teenagers). The outdoor space by the pool was fantastic and really the ideal place to spend your time. Also, having been to Curacao several times, we found this location to be our favorite with its proximity to Jan Thiel beach, supermarkets, great restaurants and more. And Mandy the property manager could not have been more helpful and communicative – would not be surprised if she had some sort of hand in arranging the perfect weather.

Five Couples

The property is in an excellent location in a very upscale neighborhood. There is a grocery store within 1 mile as well as a beach and restaurant's. Mandi was our host and was there as soon as we arrived and explained everything about the house to us. On the fifth day we had an issue with one of the A/C units as well as a locked door to one of the rooms. We had both items fixed as soon as reasonably possible. I highly recommend this villa.

Great Property!

This is an amazing property and you cannot go wrong with this rental. It is in a nice neighborhood, 1/2 mile from a casino, small grocery store (larger ones are within 3-4 miles) and Jan Thiel beach. Communication with owners and Mandy (property manager) were excellent. We did have some minor issues on day 2 but Mandy was there quickly and resolved. On our last full day we had A/C issues but Mandy had someone there within an hour and it was just a breaker. Unfortanately, later that evening another unit went out (which I expect was the real problem) and one of the bedrooms had no A/C that night. Wasn't much could be done at 7 pm on a Friday night. We went over on our A/C allowance and the owners credited half back to us for the issues without our asking which I thought was generous. Very impressed how they handled the issues; high level of customer service. Would 100% stay here again. Thanks for a wonderful trip.

Large property with beautiful pool and third story roof access via stairway for amazing ocean views. Absolutely everything for a relaxed holiday. Bedrooms are large and comfortable…ditto showers etc. Kitchen is modern and has an abundance of cookware and utensils. Loved the game selection provided. Bring HDMI cable as Wifi is weak away from main downstairs living area. Overall: 5 Star!

Wonderful Villa

Myself and various friends stayed in the villa for the month of February, 2024. Everything about the villa was exceptional. The house is very spacious and has several outdoor gathering spots. Surprisingly, we hardly made use of the rooftop area. It was pretty windy during our stay, with even a few days of rain. We spent most of the time in the pool area with its great gathering table and plentiful loungers. The washer, dryer and big clothes line were especially nice to have. The kitchen had everything we could ask for and we used the grill a lot. There is an information binder that has useful information about the house and activities on the island. Mandy, the house manager, is a gem! We had a couple of requests and she fulfilled them immediately. She was always accessible and made check in and checkout seamless. Casa Laman is at the southern end of the island and very near a very adequate grocery store, several restaurants and some snorkeling beaches. We especially liked the restaurant Fuego which is very near the villa. We recommend renting a car and visiting the beaches north of Willemstad. We especially liked snorkeling at Blue Bay Beach and Coral Bay. We weren’t as impressed with the turtle beach at the north end of the island - mostly because it was over run with busloads of cruise ship passengers Overall we liked everything about our stay and highly recommend Casa Laman
