    Discounted rate due to nearby construction work — some building noise may occur.

    This stylish and spacious villa is located in a secure gated resort with camera surveillance. The home features three generous bedrooms: two with comfortable king-size beds and one with two single beds. The master bedroom is extra luxurious with an en-suite bathroom, a walk-in closet, and a cozy lounge chair. A second bathroom provides added convenience.

    The inviting living room and modern open-plan kitchen offer all the comfort you need. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances, including a large fridge, freezer, electric stove, combination microwave, oven, grill, Nespresso machine, kettle, sandwich maker, and blender — everything at your fingertips to prepare delicious meals.

    In the cozy living area, you can relax and enjoy your favorite series and movies on the smart TV. A second flat-screen TV is also available in the master bedroom, allowing you to unwind in peace.

    Outside, the spacious porch invites you to dine and relax in the Caribbean atmosphere. The resort offers additional amenities such as a swimming pool and extra parking. For families with young children, toys are provided, and for added convenience, a washing machine is available in the home.

    Since we live in the Netherlands, we take care of everything for you in advance. Upon arrival in Curaçao, you will be warmly welcomed by our property manager, who is available day and night. She will assist with your check-in and is ready to answer any questions or provide support as needed. This ensures a worry-free stay with a reliable local point of contact.

Wow, wow, wow!! What an amazing home and what a FANTASTIC location!!Everything is incredibly tasteful and luxuriously decorated. You feel right at home the moment you walk in. The air conditioning works perfectly, and the ceiling fan in the living room is great too. The pool in the park is also lovely for a refreshing dip now and then. We never saw anyone else there. Truly amazing!The house is super peaceful, yet you're at all the hotspots like Jan Thiel and Mambo Beach within 10 minutes! Jan Thiel is even just a 5-minute drive away.We'll definitely be coming back soon for a longer stay. Because once again: what a fantastic place!!!

Our stay at Jain Theil Curaçao was mixed. The property matched the listing, was clean, and the gated community felt secure. However, several issues impacted our comfort. There was no toilet paper or starter essentials like paper towels or toiletries provided. After a long trip, even basic supplies would have been appreciated. Washcloths and beach towels were not initially available, though the manager brought towels later. Someone entered the property unannounced the day before departure, which was unsettling. Kitchen appliances were difficult to use due to a lack of instructions, and the dishwasher leaked. Trash disposal instructions were unclear, and bins outside were overflowing. There was no air conditioning in the main living area, and laundry had to be air-dried, which was inconvenient. The fitness center advertised was under construction and unavailable, which was disappointing since it influenced our booking decisionGate access required a key fob, making it inconvenient for guests and deliveries. A keypad or intercom would be helpful. Overall, while the home is attractive and secure, the lack of basic amenities, communication, and convenience features made our stay less comfortable than expected.

Weeklong Stay

My four friends and I stayed at this Jan Thiel property for an entire week for my 30th birthday day and it was great! The host, Judith, is extremely responsive through What’s App and on VRBO. She always communicated in a timely manner if we had any questions for her. She also put me in contact with a car rental service that literally dropped the car off at the airport to be ready for us when we landed and then we only had to leave it at the airport again when we left. Very convenient! There are 2 bedrooms and 3 bedrooms - a primary with one huge bed, and two smaller rooms with twin beds, and a queen so my friends and I had enough space! The property was very clean and close to so many things we did, including the center, Willemstad, and so many restaurants, shops, food trucks, and different beaches. The area felt very safe and even coming home late from bars or the club was fine. There’s a little construction in the neighborhood but it was never super loud or disturbing to me and my friends. Check-in and check-out was easy with the property manager. Just keep in mind that water and electricity are separate and you pay at the end of your stay with the PM, so any time we left the property we turned the air conditioning in the rooms off to limit usage. We also paid in cash (USD) for electric/water so also keep in mind to have some on you. Overall it was a great experience and would stay again!
