"The hotel/ lodge is in a fabulous location in the middle of town. Front desk staff are very rude & curt. It’s very trying to get help to take luggage up & down the narrow flight of stairs if you’re staying in the apartment. For elderly people it is not easy to carry their bags up the stairs let alone ..."
