"You couldn't ask for a better location if you like having tons of food and adult beverages right out your front door since you are right downtown. Beautiful modern yet vintage feel, comfortable king bed and nice hot shower. We did not prepare any food during our 4 day stay but there was plenty of appliances and dishes if we wanted to do that. Only a mini fridge but again with all the eating options downtown really no reason to stay in. Cannot do laundry but we did find a laundry mat if needed...

"Me, my Partner and our elderly Dog recently moved to the area, and stayed here while we waited for our movers to deliver our things. This listing was perfect for our needs! "The hosts for this property are so kind and attentive! We couldn't have asked for a better stay. The neighborhood is quiet and close to everything! The home is beautiful and very clean. So welcoming and beautifully decorated for the Memorial Day and 4th of July holidays. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to cook meals and even comes with spices, coffee, extra snacks, drinks and many other amenities! "This home accommodated 12 adults comfortably; there was plenty of space! Our group enjoyed the huge back yard with access to the water. We purchased firewood at a local store and sat around the fire pit enjoying s’mores. It is conveniently located near restaurants, stores, golf courses and so much more. We ordered pizza from a place just down the road one evening. The host was excellent with communication! He even allowed us to have additional family members come visit for a few hours one...

"The house is lovely and brand new. We appreciated the owner accommodating us with an early checkin but we were disappointed with the additional fee tacked on to arrive 2 hours earlier. Like I mentioned earlier, the house is very nice overall and we were all comfortable. There is only one television however so keep it in mind if you’re bringing multiple people to stay. "

"The location is beautiful, walked in the morning around the property, close to Skaneateles and family on Otisco lake. Sara was responsive, easy checkin with late arrival. Place was clean, airy, comfortable bed, quiet. Thank you once again!!"

"This was a very good location to stay for a night after a concert at Beak & Skiff. The beds were VERY comfortable.One should note that there is no privacy in this apartment. The wall between the two bedrooms does not go up to the ceiling and the bedroom doors stay open, unless you want to move furniture to allow them to swing shut. The shower is in a "hallway"."
