"I stayed at turtle Towers which was managed by Burbank property in Jamaica. It was a disaster. They downgraded my Room because what I booked wasn’t available and have refused to compensate me the difference. I paid $139 a night for a $87 a night room and they have refused to issue me Back some money. The condo was a dump. Old Broken stuff, dirty furniture and it smelled terrible. The hotel I was redirected to was clearly not aware of my reservation or my presence. Nothing in the room was prepared for guest arrival.
