"The staff working at the property were AMAZING! And the location was very central to everything in old San Juan. So many shops, restaurants and bars within a 5-10 min walk. The cons were that there was a leak in the roof, the comforter had what looked a like stain, The AC in the room didn’t get very cold, the humidity in the room was really bad and left a “wet” like smell in the room. For the price, and how sweet and tentative the staff was, I’d recommend staying here. There were two parking...

"The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed but we had issues with not having water more than once which was outside of management’s control. Apparently it’s not uncommon to have water service issues in the area due to low water pressure. After travels and spending the whole day at the beach we were looking forward to a good shower but there wasn’t enough water even to brush teeth. Staff was responsive via text, however there was nothing they could do."

"Nothing about it unsafe area if you get there late after 9 no one to talk to a security guard came out of nowhere told me to give him the code he let us through the gate to get to the apartment then had to use another code to retrieve keys out of box get in apartment the futon was dirty the floors dirty nothing updated in apartment"

"Very solid hotel option in the middle of santurce. The room is cleanly and spacious at an affordable price. The only things to note are that there is no front desk service and you’ll have to call ahead for cleaning service on your room. Also the front door has some steep steps going down and can swing open a little vigorously when windy."
