"The hotel is in a nice heritage building overlooking the lake with delightful views. However our stay was not enjoyable. The shower didn’t produce hot water, the bathroom was grotty and towels appeared dirty. When we asked for our room to be cleaned there was no evidence that our bathroom had been. "View from the room was best i could ever get. Room was clean. Staff was friendly, gone beyond to fulfill the needs of the guests. Hotel is on a great great location. Just a minute away from lake pichola. You could see the lake, the ghat, the pichola market from your balcony. The size of the room was also pretty big. Overall 11/10. "
