"Stayed out in the area for a church revival meeting enjoyed our stay nice for us guys the ladies complained that it wasn't quite as clean as they expected but it is a hunting camp."

"Plenty of room, great views! Casey is super attentive and can give you info on anything you need in the area! Great spot to explore the Ozarks!! "

"This was a great base location for us. We floated the Current and Jack’s Fork. The drive to the JF outfitter was a little long but not awful. The place was clean and had everything we needed. Very peaceful and on a beautiful piece of ground. Getting in/out was easy."

"Everything was furnished. Very clean and well maintained "

"The place is good, overall we're happy with our stay, but here's a list. No curtains or blinds in the kitchen. Utensil drawer track broken. There was nothing to hang clothes on in 2 of the 3 bedroom closets. Bathroom door has no door stop, so it hits the wall when opened. Hot and cold water are reversed in the bathroom sink. We would stay here again, but would like to see a couple very simple fixes. "

"The cabin was clean and so comfortable for our group. We stayed with our son, daughter in law and 7 year old grandson. The toy box was a huge hit with our grandson and we appreciated the ability to close of our own sections of the house. Would 100% recommend to any group needing a place to stay. If we ever need a place to stay in Licking in the future, this is definitely where we will be staying!!"

"The house was cute, clean and everything was in tip top shape! Loved the 2 king sized beds. We make this trip to Salem once a year and this was one of the nicest places we have stayed. Check in was easy and location was convenient. We will definitely be back! Would recommend!"

"So clean it seemed brand new. The knotty pine interior was beautifully decorated with cowboy/longhorn motif. It was just perfect. The cabin are situated so the large number of gorgeous longhorn cattle are just a few yards from the back deck. If you want quiet and a star filled sky, this is the place for you. "

"This was a great , spacious house and was perfect for my family this weekend. The house was very lcean, well decorated, comfortable beds and couch. All needs were anticipated and we were thankful to not need to run out for forgotten toothbrush or soap. We look forward to booking again at this property. "

"Just a mile from the park and this house truly has everything you and your family need for a get away weekend! It was perfect for our family of 5 and we still had extra room. Beautiful on the inside and all of the complimentary items like a coffee bar, toothbrushes, and shampoos was also very nice. "
