"The location was very good. The double room booked was very small with a smaller than average double bed. Most disappointing was the very stained and dirty looking carpet. The bedding and towels were good quality and the new bathroom was nice with a good hot shower. The carpet spoiled the whole experience for me"

"Great location with ample free parking, and close to the beach. The room was immaculate and quiet. In all very relaxing, and the service at the bar from Mike was excellent, as well as reception staff. We had a lovely evening meal although we decided to eat out on the terrace and not in the restaurant due to the glorious weather. Couldn't fault the hotel at all. Would not hesitate to stay again."

"The location was great for our purposes and the parking was good. Breakfasts were excellent, there was a nice patio and garden out the back. Well-run family B&B. The principal negatives were the noise (our suite overlooked the main road) and the very spasmodic Wi-Fi. At this price point it was disappointing."

"The key was collected from the shop serving the petrol station which I didn’t know at the time. There is a Greggs and Subway which is very handy for food etc. also the garage station is a Londis which sells items as well. The actual rooms are located behind the building of Greggs and Subway hidden away from the main public area and road. My room was clean and the bathroom was clean and functional. Unfortunately the Roman blinds at the windows you couldn’t open and close which doesn’t...

"Great pub super location but the restaurant part needs looking at had English breakfast twice and it started at 8am we sat down at 8.05 and the bacon, sausage, hash brown were rock hard and a lot of people were asking for yogurt but were told sorry but delivery was late (3 days late) Would we go again. "Sub travel lodge. Worn out, dirty and £17 for a glass of wine and a bottle of beer, food is frozen brakes brothers style.. only saving grace was that the staff try hard. Owners and management should be ashamed that they make their staff operate in a such a hovel of a place. Premier Inn, while basic is 1000% nicer (and cleaner). No aircon, grubby room, dirty shower, grubby common areas, ordinary food, one ironing board in the whole place, broken lift, wet carpet in room and room smelt of cat...
