This luxury beachfront condo is perfect for your memorable Costa Rica vacation! It features an open-concept layout that combines the kitchen, living room, and dining room together for your convenience. Relax in the living room and watch your favorite TV shows or treat your friends to delicious meals prepared in the fully-equipped kitchen. If you're brave enough, you could give it a try and cook a traditional Costa Rican meal. Free WiFi and a washer/dryer are also provided. Located on the 10th floor, this vacation rental will allow you to take in the most beautiful and unforgettable ocean views right from your private and furnished balcony. This space features comfortable patio furniture, a convenient outdoor dining area, and even a private gas grill so you can host a cookout with a view everyone will never forget! Take advantage of Vista Las Palmas complex's shared on-site amenities that include a beachfront swimming pool. You'll also have a private entrance to the beach!

This 10th-floor condo is literally just a few steps from the sand of Jacó Beach, where you can enjoy activities like swimming, sunbathing, surfing, fishing, and more. Just crossing the street is Jacó Walk, which offers several stores, bars, and restaurants that let you indulge in the local cuisine, and there are many more options nearby. If you're feeling up for an adventure, schedule a jungle tour to view wildlife, ATV around the hills, or zip-line through the canopy!

Robyn & Family Trip

Trip was wonderful and this is not our first trip, but one of many. The condo was beautifully furnished and the kitchen, well equipped. The location is so conveniently located in Jaco. Its an easy walk to groceries, shopping and restauranrs. We love this location and feel very safe. Checkin and checkout was flawless.It was a wonderful vacation for ages 8- 70!We will be back!restaurants

Most Undersold Unit Listed on VRBO- Stunning Oversized Condo

This unit is complete undersold by VRBO.Usually when you arrive to a rental you find the pictures are nowhere near what the unit looks like. This was the exact opposite here. The rooms are all massive and immaculately clean. The porch is stunning with beautiful views. The pool is also quite large and not overcrowded. There is minimal wear and tear to this unit and comfortable sleeps a family of 6.

Made vacation even better!

We loved everything about this place! It was clean, spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect. We felt safe and the guards at the gate were helpful and nice. We’d go back there in a heartbeat!

Typically a great place, but surprise construction the whole trip!

I've stayed at Vista Las Palmas multiple times. Its usually amazing. The two things I love the most are the pool and the view from the balconies. Unfortunately half the pool and pool area was closed, and some tacky caution tape was going through the center of the pool. There were construction workers working on the balconies every day from about 7:30am to 3pm. There were construction workers visible from my unit 2 full days, and the lines they were hanging from (4 or 5) were visible every day. We were not informed about any on this prior to our stay. If I knew there was going to be construction I wouldn't have booked this. The unit was clean (except for the filthy grill on the patio) and had everything one might need. Good for families with kids when there is no construction.

Amazing view and Location!

The condo was right on Jaco Beach with amazing views out to sea, we even got to see Whales breach from the Balcony! The condo was very spacious and could easily accommodate a family of 6 plus with 3 bedrooms in total. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with every known cooking item known to any Chef or upcoming one! Comfortable seating inside and outside on the balcony, with a tables to eat inside or outside on the Balcony too! Only thing missing was a small amount of standard kitchen supplies, such as spices, bottled water and a few staples to get you started. It was nice to have coffee supplied though!

Beautiful condo overlooking ocean!

We loved our stay, the condo is well maintained but some minor broken stuff and problems with the ac. The community manager was available at all time to try to figure out the problem. Pool area very nice! Well worth to visit this condo! Thx!

What a great condo with all the amenities and such friendly people taking care of it. So comfortable. Right on the beach. And 2 blocks from downtown. Would definitely stay here again. Loved it.

Beautiful Condo, Great Location

The condo was beautifully furnished with comfortable seating both inside and on the deck. The location was perfect – close to shops, restaurants, and right on the beach! The pool was great and we met many other guests who were very friendly and helpful. Some items that were not up to par: The ceiling fan in the master bedroom did not work, the glass-top stove in the kitchen had several large cracks (but the stove still worked), both the showers in the two smaller bedroom’s bathrooms had water stains and one had sagging latex paint peeling from the ceiling, the toiled in the master bathroom kept running and you had to take the top of the tank off to make it stop, and the Guest Info Book did not include info on the garbage chute or how to use the TV (which we didn’t use so it was not important to us). Unfortunately for us, the air conditioner did not work for the first 2 days we were there. Now, I understand that likely Katrina, the person who checked us in, did not realize this but it had been out for at least a day. Katrina told us to just turn the A/C down and it would cool off the room – which was 83 degrees. When we tried the fan in the master bedroom, and it did not work – Katrina asked maintenance for a portable fan – which was promptly delivered. We moved it from room to room as needed. The A/C being out is not the fault of VRBO or VACASA, it was a compressor problem with the building, so we do NOT blame them for that. The one thing that I was rather shocked about was that Katrina told us that we could not flush any toilet paper in the toilets and that we had to place used paper into a garbage can by the toilet! What??? We spoke to other guests about this and they told us that this is not correct and that we could certainly flush paper! All in all, this was a beautiful condo, had everything we needed including fully equipped kitchen, beach towels, laundry detergent, etc. We would definitely recommend this condo.

Great Stay - location and view!

We really enjoyed our stay - the location is perfect for getting to restaurants and shops and the view of the beach is absolutely gorgeous! Thank you for your hospitality - the place is well stocked for the kitchen and pool towels. And the electronic charging station was a very nice perk.
