7 bedrooms and 7.5 bath. BBQ area with seating for 25 people. Huge Deck. Infinity pool. Inside gated community. Central A/C units. Private chef is available. 10,000 sq feet. Just completed in 2018. Transportation to and from the airport included free of charge. I just need your flight info and the drivers will be waiting outside the only exit from the airport holding a sign with your name on it.

Perfect Location

We had a large group of guys in for a bachelor party and I couldn't think of a better spot to have picked for the event. Everyone had plenty of room, the house had an awesome pool and outside area and the entire team from Sheddie (the house manager), to the chef and the cleaning staff couldn't be more professional and accommodating. If we ever come out to Costa Rica again we certainly will look to stay here again, but would recommend this house for anyone looking for a fun weekend/week with a large group of people!

Incredible stay

The property is absolutely amazing. Had an amazing time. Jackie who works as the housekeeper was awesome and very friendly. There was also an overnight security guard who was nice and friendly as well. Zero complaints, house is huge and better in person than the photos.

Great Weekend Getaway

Great location for a bachelor party. The house was well maintained and very secure. The host was able to accommodate all our needs including catering and transportation to/from town. The house is much larger in person. Would definitely recommend staying at this location.

This is by far the nicest property we have everThe property well exceeded our expectations

From the moment Brian, the driver for the house, picked us up from the airport on Christmas day we knew we had found paradise! After a short ride from San Jose to Hermosa we arrived at this gorgeous home with breathtaking views! We left most days for fishing, hiking to waterfalls snd surfing. Arriving back at the house each afternoon we found our beds made, rooms tidy, and the smell of appetizers and dinner being prepared by Jose or Javier. They were always punctual, fun to joke around with but professional at the same time, and hands down the best food we’ve ever had! When we had questions, Brian always replied in a timely matter. We felt completely safe in this gated community and the house comes with a security guard that sits outside on the deck overnight for added protection! Our family typically sails in the BVI or skis out West in the US over the holidays. We decided to something different and are so thankful we chose Costa Rica! If you are looking for an amazing property, close to everything yet just far enough away to be in your own little “resort” look no further! We will be back! Jenny Wakefield, USA

Sheddie and his team are absolute professionals and dedicated to providing the best experience.

We absolutely plan to return. Jose, the chef, and his wife were the highlight of our trip. We highly recommend this place.

Destination Wedding

First I want to say Thank you to the owner Brian and the manager Sheddie and Wen. They absoutley made this experience one that went without a hitch. Sheddie and group helped with multile airport, Hotel to house and back to airport for 43 people in all 24 at the house. The house is huge and wonderful we had orginally had the wedding for the beach and due to high surf made a change to the house and it was the best change we could of asked for. This house accomadated 43 people for the wedding in the living room and balcony and 43 persons in the covered patio area and it was fantastic. The cleaning ladies were there non stop cleaning and accomdating our needs. We hired Chef Jose and he did a great job and the food was wonderful. He cooked two meals including the wedding meal for 43 people which was great and rehearsal dinner and meals for the other 24 people for 4 days. There is no better house in this region of Los Suenos, Jaco, Playa Hermosa than the Casa Amarillo. I highly recommend and if someone wants to ask questions I would be happy to answer them you can get my email from the owners. Thank you again Greg Buffington

Fabulous

We totally enjoyed our stay. This is in a safe, gated neighborhood. The house sits at the top of a hill with panoramic views of the ocean and breathtaking sunsets. It is brand new with lots of open space, a gourmet kitchen, and beautiful lighting and millwork. Every bedroom has their own private bath and TV. The house is in a prime location. It is just a 10 minute drive to the local grocery, drugstore, and bank. The Los Suenos Marriott has a world class Marina, helicopter pad, as well as many fabulous restaurants. This is the perfect house for corporate meetings, family reunions, and destination weddings.

I have been coming to Costa Rica for 15 years multiple times per year. It does not get any better than this. Pictures do the home no justice. Everything is brand new.

Simply Amazing!

5 star service from start to end. Jenny and Carlos picked up our group at the airport and brought us to the grocery store to stock up the house. Carlos was also available to make runs to the store for drinks ect whenever we needed him. We hired a private chef 2 nights. Chef Jose who we also recommend. Remember to try the Argentine grill on the top patio. We are coming back next year.
