THE BUILDING
Live Jaco is a residential condominium with an outdoor pool open all year, a gym, a coworking lounge, a children's playground and beach access. One assigned parking space is included.

This is a residential condominium, not a hotel — there's no front desk, and the common areas are shared with residents who live here year-round.

The building sets the schedules: pool 7 AM–10 PM, gym and coworking 5 AM–10 PM. We send you the full list with your check-in details.

The apartment is on the 18th floor and the building has elevators.

· Maximum 4 guests. Only guests listed on the reservation may enter.
· No parties, events or gatherings.
· This is a residential building — please keep noise down, especially between 10 PM and 7 AM.
· No smoking or vaping inside the apartment or on the balcony.
· No pets.
· For safety, do not sit, lean or place objects on the balcony railing.
· Condominium rules apply to the pool, gym, coworking and common areas. We'll send you the schedules with your check-in details.
· The condominium has security cameras in the hallways and common areas, operated by building management. There are no cameras inside the apartment or on the balcony.
· Please let us know right away about any damage or issue during your stay.
