"The house is very cute little place for a stay on the lake. The bedroom with 2 beds had several dead bugs along the wall, maybe just need cleaned a little better. Overall house was very cute. There are, I believe, 62 steps down to the dock, where the kids lived jumping off and enjoying the water. Thank you for having us. Loved the painting on the dining room wall. Best view around. "

"This place was one of the best places we have ever stayed at. It's the cutest tiny home with all the accommodations you can think of! The owner even left a thank you card with banana nut bread for us! There was everything you need including coffee, drinks, food, spices, etc. The porch is screened in, has lights for nighttime, and a ceiling fan. It was raining a lot the day we stayed so this was perfect for us! Also we wanted to fish and the owner let us use the boat dock, its a little hike down...

From the homegrown veggies and freshly-picked flowers waiting for us when we got there, to the serenely peaceful environment and proximity to the talladega national forest…I can’t overstate how wonderful our stay was. Cooking over the campfire every night with the stars above us and barely any light pollution was something I could get used to. "This property is absolutely beautiful and the view is gorgeous. Everything was just as pictured on the website. Everything you will need was provided except for a regular coffee pot, they do have a keurig and an assortment of coffees but we are old school and love a regular coffee pot. The bedding is very comfortable and the porches offer comfortable seating to relax and take in the lake view. We plan to book another stay soon!"
