"I would never stay at this Sleep Inn again. We booked a jacuzzi room expecting a relaxing stay, but it turned into a complete disappointment. When we got to the room, the bed wasn’t even made properly. The biggest issue was the jacuzzi tub—it was broken and flooded our room. There was so much water that I’m sure it likely leaked into the room below us. We immediately notified the staff, but they made no effort to help clean up the situation or move us to another room. "We had to move to another room because we found food in the fridge post cleaning and the door to our room would not shut correctly. Breakfast was mid according to our kids. Front desk person was best part of the stay. Rooms were 2 star and the place needs to be updated by a professional as it is dated and starting to fall apart from wear and tear."

"The room smelled like a dog and the floor’s were filthy, it was water leaking from the ceiling. The lady at the front desk was nice when we got there on Thursday, but the other two from Friday through Sunday wasn’t very pleasant. They really need to upgrade the stay wasn’t good at all."

"The property was absolutely disgusting the floors were disgusting our feet were black walking 2 seconds on the floor. The toilets didn't flush. The shower water was cold. There was food dried up on the walls. They was black footprints on the Walls by the door. There was no blankets on the bed just sheets. Zero out of 10 I would not recommend staying here. We were told that our money would be refunded to us it's been almost week in the money still hasn't showed up in my account."

"This place smelled like pure pot, staff did not want to give a receipt and refused a refund. Also charged taxes on our deposit so did not get full deposit back. The pool was closed place of was nasty and beds were like a rock and with stained sheets and flat pillows. Had no option but to spend one night in was horrible and so glad I had my own pillows and blanket would never recommend!"

"The property was clean. Staff was friendly & very accommodating. Free breakfast every morning was good. A plus was Monday-Wednesday they had free dinner. Only thing was we wish they had a small table in the room to sit & eat."
