Wake up each morning to a commanding view of the Atlantic Ocean and the sandy dunes at this one-bedroom, oceanfront condo at Amelia Surf and Racquet.

This third-floor condo is the perfect place to relax and unwind, as you'll be steps from the pristine beach, the community pool, and four clay tennis courts, and within easy walking distance of the Ritz-Carlton. Inside, you'll find an attractive, air-conditioned living space with a fully appointed kitchen, a private washer/dryer, and free WiFi, among other at-home comforts. There's a shared oceanfront balcony as well, which is accessed through both the living room and the bedroom.

We loved it. The only thing there was not a scrubber or washcloth to wash dishes with. No pot holders to get hot tray out of oven. Overall it was great! Loved it had a shower not a tub. My husband cannot step over a tub for using a shower. This was great in this unit. We will come again

Great spot, could use a few upgrades

Positives: location is great. Unit is in great condition, super clean. Good A/C and water pressure. Easy to get in and out and very communicative hosts. Areas for improvement: would love to have had some beach towels available in the unit considering it’s a beachfront property. Also, the kitchen supplies left a lot to be desired. Very difficult to cook in the unit. An easy, quick fix would be to replace the knives or get them sharpened, and to get a bigger cutting board.

Some upkeep needed

The location is beautiful and a nice quiet area of the beach. The condo was slightly unkept. The bathroom cabinet handle was held together by a bandaid. One of the throw pillows had stuffing coming out. The full length mirror in the bedroom is not on the wall it is just leaned against the wall. It was also missing some important kitchen equipment. There are no oven mits or baking sheets. The complex is quiet and the pool and beach are lovely.

Beach Vacay

We had such a good time, the morning sunrise was amazing and the weather was perfect. The restaurants were close and on our next bus we will revisit them. Our accommodations were cozy and quaint, we had everything we needed to cook and chill out on the couch.

Nice escape from the frozen north!!

First time staying on Amelia Island. Pleasantly suprised. Beautiful beaches. Friendly people. Quaint town nearby that is absolutely awesome. Full of shops and restaurants and lots and lots of beautiful historic homes. The condo was very clean and had everything that we needed to cook meals etc. Was nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit. Nice view of the beach from the balcony that is accessible from the living room and the bedroom. Would gladly stay again.

Beautiful view and Beach

This property has a Beautiful view of the beach and ocean from den and bedroom. Our stay was wonderful Amelia Island is wonderful this was our second visit good food and shopping and music. We had a issue with the AC bit Vacsa took care of it asap. Will visit again soon!

Great place but don't care for cancellation policy

We really enjoyed the place and hated to have to cut our stay short, but due to a death in the family we had to leave two days early. I was disappointed not to be able to get any sort of refund. I understand it's policy, but some things are out of our control and I felt like I was being forced to choose between staying our attending my grandmother's funeral, which was of course no choice, I was going to be at the funeral.

This condo couldn’t have been more perfect. The view of the ocean is incredible and the beach was a very short walk away. It was quiet and clean and only a short distance from downtown.

Great Retreat!

This was a great place to stay. It had everything we wanted/needed. Full kitchen, great view, nice beach. I only wish it had been a little bit warmer, but can't really complain since it is mid-November. I loved that we could do our laundry so I didn't have to come home and do it! We had no need to communicate with the property manager, everything was fine! We will likely be back again!

50th Anniversary

Expensive. I rented 3 condos total and the 1br was the most expensive. Couldn't understand why. As a contractor I know that it doesn't cost more to build a one BR vs a 2 BR. Also, there kitchen wasn't updated with solid surface tops, D/W sitting out in the kitchen area, very tacky I thought. But we did enjoy our time there with our family celebrating our 50TH ANNIVERSARY!
