Until you see the suite for yourself, especially at night, can you appreciate the true ambiance💫😍.

The bathroom is brand new with ALL brand new features!!
The kitchenette is another unique feature w/elegant custom finishes!

Upon parking, you’re entering a private entrance filled with lighting all the way to the back patio!💫⚡️🌠🌅🎑

Please note: the entrance for the suite is to the Left in the Left gate.
The front door is to the main home which is completely separate from this suite.
This is also a school zone for please keep this in mind during school hours.

Lovely Experience

Property was well appointed. Comfortable bed. Quiet. Busy street outside but somehow while inside the noise was not evident. Host was exceptionally kind and answered texts right away. Stayed in touch with us throughout our stay. Very kind. I would stay with this host again.

Great experience

Overall a really nice stay with great AC and communication from the owner. Very understanding and was quick to answer calls even at later hours. Everything was clean and organized in a way where it made everything seem a bit bigger. A few minutes drive to the beach. Overall a great stay

Diamond in the Rough

The location was perfect since we have family in the area. The place is cute, perfect size for the two of us; however, definitely needs improved inside lighting, and several amenities and conveniences in the listing either were no longer available or needed updated. The back yard was unfortunately too unkempt to enjoy. The manager & I exchanged texts about these matters which I hope were considered helpful to bring the place back to its originally intended charm.

Perfect stopover!

I stopped over in Jacksonville driving up to North Carolina with my dog and then again on the way back. Frankie was so thoughtful and very responsive in all communications, she made sure that I was comfortable and had no concerns after a long day of driving. Everything was sparkling clean with lovely touches like little toiletries and such in the bathroom. I would highly recommend any stay with Frankie and will definitely stay with her again!

Very cozy place. Bathroom is new, renovated, pretty good. Bed is old, no so good, and noisy. The place has easy access to the beach and grocery stores. The parking could be easy if the person renting the main house had parked in the designated spot... no so easy for us.

I would like to start with, the property owner was very responsive and sweet but I believe some concerns were worth noting. Upon arrival the door knob was broken (this issue was fixed within 10 mins), there were no pillow cases on the bed, there only 2 rags, shower pressure was iffy but I do believe it was only when the other tenants were also using water next door. Not all trash cans had been emptied, the fan shook terribly so we never used it, the “yard” was not maintained. After day one of our stay we had another door issue our key got stuck in the door and wouldn’t budge (they did get this fixed before we came back but they left the key in the door…) and lastly the bed though fairly comfy was terribly creaky. Not my favorite stay but also not the worst. With some added TLC this could be a wonderful little getaway for a short term stay.

Great little place to stay

Nice place. Looks to be a house that was split in two and this is the smaller side. That's fine though. Still plenty of room for two people on a trip. Very clean place with a nice bathroom. Only downside for me was the road its on can be very busy at times, but nothing to do with the quality of the place. Very close to public beach access and Penman Dinner and Cinotti's Bakery just down from the house are both excellent. Definitely would stay again for a two person getaway.

Just okay

The place was small but cute; the pictures showed it exactly as it was except for the backyard. The grass needed to be cut and there was an old, presumably not working grill pushed up against the fence. A bigger issue for us was that the bed was shaped like a bowl. It was very uncomfortable for us and we had to have one of us in the bed and one on the couch. Overall it would have been fine if the bed would have been comfortable. I was there for appointments at Mayo Clinic and wasn't feeling well. I really needed to rest and the bed issue interfered with that.

Perfect stay near Neptune beach

Frankie's place was amazing. The property is well located just 5 mins from the beach. The room itself was cozy and comfortable. Bathroom is just as you see on pictures, updated and whole home was sparkling clean. There are lot of restaurants nearby too. Frankie was easy to communicate with and also answered all our questions during our stay. I would highly recommend!
