The screened-in porch is a perfect spot to relax and unwind, offering a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living spaces. Whether you're enjoying your morning coffee, reading a book in the afternoon, or unwinding in the evening, the porch provides a cozy and private setting to enjoy the fresh air and natural surroundings.

Upon entering the property guests are greeted by eclectic cozy design made to make you feel right at home. The main living area is equipped with two comfortable leather sofas, a chair and Smart TV (online streaming through YouTube TV).

The kitchen is beautiful, functional, and well-equipped! Guests will find all the essentials making it easy to prepare meals and dine in during your stay. The dining room table can comfortably sit six.

The master bedroom is on the main level and is equipped with a King bed, dresser, walk-in closet, Smart TV, ensuite bathroom with his and her sinks, walk-in shower, and free-standing tub. The master suite also provides private access to the screened-in patio.

Upstairs there are two guest bedrooms both with a Queen bed, closet, and Smart TVs. The second bathroom is conveniently located between the two bedrooms with a shower/tub combo.

Old Town Aura is just 1 mile away from the Historic Downtown District, allowing guests to explore local shops, restaurants, and cultural attractions with ease. Whether you're seeking a peaceful retreat or looking to immerse yourself in the vibrant local scene, this rental offers the best of both worlds for a memorable stay.

A mud room with a full-size washer/dryer is also included.

For your convenience beach chairs, beach towels, a wagon and a cooler are provided in addition to fresh linens, towels, and a starter kit of disposables (travel-size shampoo/conditioner and body wash along with a limited number of laundry pods, dish pods, coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and one sponge.)
