From the moment you walk in this spacious condo, you will begin to feel the relaxing effects of the Spell of the Sea. With nearly 1800 stylish square feet to spread out in, your group will have the togetherness you want without feeling cramped.

This is a corner unit that offers a wall of north facing windows and ocean view alike, so natural light abounds. Enjoy the sunrise from the 7th floor, on the sprawling, 30ft corner balcony with panoramic views of the ocean. This outdoor space is furnished with comfortable furniture for lounging, and even an outdoor dining table to enjoy breakfast and scout out your beach spot for the day.
Easily create delicious meals in the fully stocked and well-appointed kitchen. Too tired to cook? Simply stroll or bike down to the slew of restaurants, bars, and entertainment only a half mile away.
Had a long day in the sun and need some reprieve and a great night’s sleep? This unit is equipped with room darkening, full coverage Sliding Shades across the windows in the Master Bedroom, allowing you to enjoy a peaceful night in complete darkness.
This 3 bedroom unit comfortably sleeps 8, with a total of 4 beds. Each bedroom has their own dedicated bathroom, streaming TV’s, plenty of room for luggage and clothing storage, and even a desk space in the hall bedroom.

Great Property

The property is exactly as pictured. It is very clean and well maintained. The location has a wonderful view, and the property grounds and pool are well maintained. There were many amenities. The owner has thought of all items you will need while away from home even a rolling cart to bring your luggage up from the car. I hope to be staying at SeaSpell again in the near future.

Wonderful stay and location

Accurate pictures. Very easy check in and good communication with owner. Gated condo complex. She made she to know when we were arriving and buzzed us in immediately. 3 bedroom condo. beach wagon and chairs. everything labeled with its location. dish soap and laundry detergent. more then 1 roll of toilet paper and paper towels. This was fantastic. We had 4 kids and this was perfect for us. super close to the best ice cream you can get. highly recommend.

A Great Place to Stay

This condo is spacious with great views of the ocean. The balcony is well furnished. The kitchen is well stocked, including with spices for meal preparation. The master suite is spacious with a large shower and rain type shower heads in all the bathrooms. Beach was great for long walks. Manager was very responsive.Recommended as a place to stay in JAX Beach.

Christmas/New Year’s beach trip

Probably one of the nicest condos we have stayed at in Jacksonville beach. Absolutely beautiful and with an incredible view of the beach and ocean. Convenient to everything and very walkable to restaurants. The host was super nice and everything went flawlessly well.Wish we could have stayed a month!

Food for The Soul

We had a wonderful time in this unit. It was very comfortable and well stocked with things you need but don’t usually travel with. Nice bathroom soaps, well stocked kitchen and comfortable pillows, towels and linens. I was able to cook like I was in my own kitchen…. Just a lovely vacation. The local restaurants are also wonderful and the beach was breathtaking with a wonderful ocean breeze. Sitting on the balcony in the evening was so relaxing. And Brooke is an Excellent host! Seaspell is As-Advertised… Well done.

lifetime besties at the beach

The condo was perfect loved everything about it. Had everything we needed and the kitchen was above and beyond our expectations as far as having a good supply of things we didn't have to go out and buy. We have stayed at this place before just a different unit and the hot tub had issues back in October and this trip.

The Players Championship

The property was just as listed. It has a beautiful view of the beach. The A/C unit went out during our stay and Brooke, who manages the property, went out of her way to accommodate us and had the unit replaced within 24 hours and even gave us a nice gift basket. Her customer service alone would make me rent there every single time. Check-in and check-out were also very easy and convenient!
