Our weekend was fantastic. The house was beyond expectations and even cuter than the pictures, if that is possible. I could not recommend this listing more. The hosts were very helpful and quick to reply. It’s within easy walking distance of the Britt concert venue as well.

The location of this rental is amazing if you are going to a concert at the Britt festivals (5 minute walk) and for exploring the cute town of Jacksonville. The place was well stocked including some unexpected extra supplies for breakfast and adult beverages. The adjacent lawn and “barn” is an event venue and when there is an event going on it definitely detracts from the peace and quiet and privacy of the location. I have a sensitive nose and for me there was a distinct cat pee smell that did not make this a perfect place for me to stay in the future. Great attention has been given to the details and amenities provided and the furnishings are attractive and comfortable. The property manager was responsive when we had trouble opening the door upon arrival.

Fabulous girls weekend stay in Jacksonville!

We had the most lovely stay in Jacksonville for a quick weekend getaway to celebrate my sister‘s 50th birthday! The property is beautifully Appointed and has everything you need for a comfortable and luxurious getaway! The bed was plush and inviting, and we had plenty of room for our small group to lounge, make snacks, enjoy a glass of wine, and have wonderful conversations! We will definitely visit again!

Positives - Good location, very clean and we appreciated the bottle of Champagne and treats. Seemed like the Owners were nice. Needs Improvement - Could not find an address of the property on the confirmation email. I tried calling the number listed if we had a question...no answer. I didn't want to start digging through our luggage to try to find original paperwork, so I went on-line and looked for rental properties in Jacksonville. Not sure why they don't give the address of the property on their email...? We received a call from the Owner a couple hours after calling them the first time. She apologized and seemed nice. The coffee provided was a good touch, but the creamer in the fridge was over the hill and came out in chunks. There was a sign that said "Please load & run the Dishwasher" but we could not find any DW Soap. We did not understand that it is a duplex which isn't a big deal, but you can hear people talking next door. Other than that it was a nice place to stay.

Wonderful stay. Gorgeous outside spaces. We enjoyed the fire pit and well placed seating around the property. The unit is very well appointed with great attention to detail, everything from welcome wine to fresh flowers. We will definitely return.

Great getaway

My husband and I have been visiting Jacksonville for years and have stayed a number of times. The last time we stayed was in 2019. We celebrated our 20yr anniversary this year a week ago and the Lily Pad was just as we remembered it. Jessica and the Tiger Lily family made the visit feel special and the Lily Pad was romantic as always. We are already planning on returning in the spring.

Beautiful Cottage

A lovely setting with the gorgeous outdoor spaces and a park off the backyard! Short and easy walk to downtown and the Britt Festival Pavilion. The inside decor is so cute and romantic! From the moment we arrived until we left, we were very comfortable and had everything we needed! We even found some little gifts which were so thoughtful! We will definitely be back again!

Oasis in J-ville

From the immediate booking until the door locking farewell, it has been a delightful experience. Jessica has been overly accommodating and an excellent concierge as we navigated this quaint little town of J-ville.
