Welcome to J&B Beach Properties!

Located 2 short blocks from the beach, this 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condominium places you in the heart of Jacksonville Beach minutes away from great food, breweries, bike rentals, TPC Sawgrass, and shopping centers. This condo is newly renovated and furnished, which gives you a home away from home feeling. Keep in mind that this condo is a 3rd floor condo without an elevator. Otherwise, we would love to have you stay at our beach condo! Please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions or concerns. Thank you!

We were very dissapointet. The light did not work iin one of the bedrooms, could not use the living room light due to no battery in the remote. There was no bar soap or body wash, no coffee on-site. One befroom had a tick on the piññow and we observed 3 roaches coming from within the laundry closet. It was very clear to us that someone is not checking this unit in between stays not to mention no pest controñ performed. We were very dissapointed and would not recommend someone to stay there.

The condo is wonderful, very clean and nicely updated. Comfy beds, extra pillows, blankets and lots of towels which we appreciated! Walking distance to the beautiful Jax Beach and in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. Loved the balcony, very spacious and comfortable furniture, so we spent a lot of time out there with our doggie. You have everything you need in the kitchen too!We also went to the Brunch place across the street and we loved it! I def recommend a stay in this Beach condo.Thank you Breanna!

Great stay

We stayed here for 6 nights while our daughter was in the hospital at Mayo Clinic. It was very comfortable and easy drive to the hospital. The porch was nice but didn’t get to enjoy it bc of February weather. Beds were very comfortable and great TV’s

Nice place

We throughly enjoyed our visit. The condo was exactly as pictured and described. Host was very prompt and helpful in answering questions. The condo had everything needed for a comfortable stay. It was very clean , decorated nicely and location was good to beach and restaurants. Highly recommend.

Comfortable Condo

The condo is in a good location, very close walk to the beach and short drive to bars/restaurants. The king beds were comfortable and it was nice to have 2 bathrooms. Parking is a little tight with a large vehicle under the building, but no problem to use the overflow lot. Exterior of the building could use some TLC, but overall, we were happy to stay there.

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay at this cozy condo. Communication and check-in were flawless, location was ideal (short walk to the beach...loved!), king-sized bed was very comfortable, plenty of hot water in shower was perfect, super quiet area this time of year, and the outdoor living space was wonderful! Great space for a 3-night stay!

Great location and nice condo

It was perfect for our family of five adults. Two comfortable king size beds and a pullout couch. Loved the large porch for morning coffee. Two short blocks to the beach. You will have to walk up 3 short flights of stairs but that wasn’t a big factor even for me who has bad knees. Owner was very easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay there again and highly recommend.

Perfect location, nice place, great experience and very responsive manager. Condo was very clean and well equipped as advertised. Instructions were thorough and check-in/check-out was effortless. Kids loved it as well. Will come again someday.
