Best of the best 3 bedroom Sailmaker! This unit has been completely remodeled and it's beautiful. Enjoy breathtaking ocean front views, and stick your toes in the sand on our pristine beaches! This classy home boast ocean views from the living and the master bedroom. The balcony is amazing for beautiful panoramic views of ocean and expansive sea shore. It has three bedrooms and three full baths that have been tastefully decorated. This unit has a king, queen and a full and a twin and there is also a sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit is located in very close to the pools and beach accesses. Come enjoy the best of the best!

Oceanfront Getaway

We loved the property, which offered great oceanfront views. The property was as described and very clean. We arrived at night and it was a little difficult to locate the building, but it’s a peaceful and lovely property. Communication with the hosts wasn’t the best through the VRBO app, but they were very responsive when reached at the phone number they provide in the check-in email.

Nice

We loved this place. Location was good and in the perfect place. Very clean and up to date. Only one thing was the showers in the master bedrooms: I will have to say it was so nice to see the ocean from our shower but ….you can see bodies in these showers even with the semi frosted windows. When we first got there to go in the room someone across from our front door was taking a shower and you could see it all… so of course with ours I felt very subconscious about it the whole week. It was a challenge..even with ours being more frosted than the one across the way you could see silhouettes and no way to hang anything like a towel in front of it.It was just a little weird feeling other than that it was great.

Nice place to stay

Great view, management is organized, communication is good and very easy to work with. Clean and well-stocked with nice ocean view. Beds were a bit firm for the family. Master bath shower needs better privacy, but overall, a great stay!

Great vacation spot!

We had a lovely time visiting Amelia Island and this condo was perfect! The proximity to the beach and pool could not be beat. The views from the living room and balcony were amazing. The condo was well equipped and the management was very responsive to a minor repair. We will definitely stay here again.

Sunrise coffee

Amazing location about 150 yards from the beach with an unobstructed view of the ocean. 3 bedrooms all with bathrooms, which made things easy for our 2 families and kids. Kitchen was well stocked with pans, plates, etc which made it easy to prepare and serve meals for our group of 8. Very clean and updated décor, we felt right at home. Beds were comfortable and lots of tv's for everyone's viewing and good internet. Location is very good and the pictures do not do the view justice, its amazing and its very close to the pool, which our kids loved. All in all this was a top 3 rental and would recommend this place to anyone! We loved it.

Beach getaway

The place is great. Very clean and quite. The booking was a little intense and I wasn't told about the 2 limit parking passes per the HOA. We had 3 couples coming from 3 different places. So we had to leave one car at the rental office. I also needed to stay another night but the place was already booked but i was told I could not cancel even though it was weeks away from the trip.....several other aggravating issues. But overall it meet the need.

Great stay on the beach!

Very comfortable. Great beach location. Super comfy bed with great linens. Plenty of space and bathrooms. On the downside: No dish soap (not dishwasher soap), no drain rack or dish towels. Internet in and out.

Very nice property, clean, well equipped and comfortable

We really enjoyed this house. It is very clean with lots of sleeping options and plenty of kitchen gadgets to entertain company. We loved the location because it was a nice walk to our event at the Ritz but we could also escape by car by going the other direction and avoid the congestion. The exact building location is very hard to find when you first arrive, the signage is really poor especially at night. Also, there is one of those flat top cooking stoves which I find impossible to use without burning everything. Fantastic location, close to the Harris-Teeter grocery store, easy drove to the Fernandina Beach Historic district but private, quiet beach view. Wow, a wonderful place.
