17th Hole: Golfer's Dream w/ Heated Pool 5 bedroom

Discover our newly renovated single-story beach house, featuring 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, perfect for pet lovers and just 8 blocks from the beach. Located approximately 5 miles from the Mayo Clinic, this property offers a private backyard retreat equipped with a variety of amenities.

Enjoy the heated saltwater pool, relax in the hot tub, challenge friends on the multiple putting greens with sand traps, gather around the fire pit, and dine outdoors in the covered area. For some fun, there’s also a ping pong table, and you can lounge in the pool while watching your favorite shows on the outdoor TV. Everything you need is right at your fingertips!

The main house includes 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, along with an open living room, dining room, and fully stocked kitchen that features both a Keurig coffee maker and a standard coffee maker. The casita pool house boasts a queen bed, a queen pull-out sofa bed, and a half bathroom with an outdoor shower. Additionally, the casita includes a shuffleboard table.

All rooms are equipped with Smart TVs, and we provide all necessary linens, pool and beach towels, yard games, and a Weber gas grill for your convenience.

POOL HEATERS: The pool heaters are electric and draw in heat from the outside air warmed by the sun. Heat pump pool heaters work efficiently if the outside temperature exceeds the 45–50°F range. When temperatures drop below 45°F, the heaters will not be able to reach a comfortable temperature for swimming. Although we rarely experience lows below 45°F, it can happen during the winter months. We loved this property! It was clean, spacious, and entertaining for everyone! The location is phenomenal! Communication with the host was superb! We will definitely visit here again! We frequent Jacksonville due to having family here and have struggled to find the perfect location to stay but no more! If this piece of heaven is not available then I will not be visiting!

Went for an after Christmas trip with family. House was more than what we had expected. House was equipped with everything that you would need except the food. Had a small incident with one of the doors but management addressed the situation in an expedited manner. The only downside that we could see was the parking situation. We had three vehicles and basically had to touch each car to fit within the small driveway. No big deal but wish it were a little bigger. The pool was awesome. Heater for the pool was turned on at our request and the pool was used a lot. Hot tub used just as much. Great place to stay.

We had a great time at this rental. The backyard with the mini golf, pool and hot tub was so much fun and was great to entertain the whole family! Close to tons of good restaurants and close to the beach. Any questions we had about the house or anything else, the property management team was extremely quick to respond and extremely friendly. Definitely recommend!

The house, pool, hot tub, putt-putt and ping pong were all a big hit with our kids and grandkids. Beach access was challenging due to several closures for construction but we did not mind with lot of fun activities at the house.
