"Check in was quick and easy. Breakfast was good - the chef prepared our hot plates for us rather than keep food heated up Buffett style. Nothing fancy about this hotel but the beds were comfortable and staff were friendly."

"Super easy check-in and check-out with a code sent to your phone in advance. The only issue was the neighbours, who apparently needed to have a screaming match at all hours of the night. Couldn't have been controlled by the hotel staff, so not their fault. Luckily, I had earplugs, so it wasn't much of an issue."

This would be very useful for seniors, special needs, or people that need to bring up luggage Rooms were very clean and fresh. Breakfast was out of milk. no cereal for those who prefer that meal. Parking was OK. Staff very pleasant and helpful."

"The hotel was empty yet moved us into a noisy area on main floor vs a quiet floor. Room was not ready, even at 5pm. We should have asked them to move us, but we were in bed, noise stopped after 11 but started again early morning."

We had some noisy neighbours in the room next to us, it was also an adjoining room so not sure if the sound travels more in those rooms, this was no fault of the hotel. The breakfast was not good, in our opinion and we found the eggs and sausages were really overcooked."

"On Saturday, there was a team of La Cross. Sunday morning, the carpet in the breakfast area had not been vacuumed. The team had not left yet, but it should have been done."

"They were able to switch my room because of the lacrosse teams were staying on the first floor and I could tell the adjoining door was not sound proof. The lounge area is cozy. Complimentary coffee and muffins were good and the room was clean. "
