There was a snack basket, plenty of towels, bedding, and cleaning supplies. The property and lake are beautiful. We enjoyed time on the porch and the dock each day. We even enjoyed watching the fireflies. We would absolutely stay here again. "

"Our family gathering included 19 adults and 8 children ages 5 & under. Our parents once had a home on Lake Jackson, so this was a trip of memories for all of us. This home provided ample gathering space inside, and the pool proved a great place for outside gathering. Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. The kitchen had plenty of space for cooking and most of the utensils we needed. We noted several previous guests had suggested we bring our own sharp knives and disposable dining utensils...

"This is our second time as we are renting this house and I couldn’t be more happy with it. The house is huge, big lot too, it’s super-quiet, the place just filled with a birds chirping which is so nice to wake up to. Everything is clean and well-maintained, there’s a nice firepit outside, awesome hot tub and canoes downhill. The host is very helpful and replies to the questions right away. "The pictures don't do it justice. It's so much larger than it looks in the pictures. Anything you want is only 10 minutes away or less. My daughter, adult grandchildren and great-grands all live close to Covington. The grounds are beautiful with a lot of old growth that sheilds you from your neighbors. We hope to be back."

"First impression upon entering the home is that the pictures don’t do it justice. Very nice home able to comfortably accommodate 20 of us. We were in the pool in less than 30 minutes of our arrival before the rest of the group got in. The two kitchens and multiple hangout areas in the spacious home were good. The stairwell is a little scary initially Everything was clean and well stocked. I know my bed was either super comfortable or I was just so tired from hanging out and having fun with...

"This house was adorable. Short walk to the town square. The host was awesome, very responsive and there was coffee, snacks and water. We had a very nice stay."
