"This home was perfect for our family! The house is modern and clean, has all needed amenities, is in a great location and has a lovely pool. There are plenty of chairs for lounging poolside as well as eating outdoors around a table. The host was responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this house. We are planning to return next. year. "The apartment was clean and in a great location. The hosts were super responsive after we got there and needed a few things. The listing states the sleeper sofa in the living space can accommodate two people, which is a stretch. Maybe two small children but not adults. My two petite college aged daughters barely fit —they were uncomfortable and didn’t sleep well. Also, having an electric tea kettle in the kitchen area would be nice!"

I have rented countless shore houses and this was the first time sheets - already on the beds! - and bath towels were provided. Very nice touch. "This is an adorable little cottage located adjacent to the owner's property in a very nice neighborhood that is only 6 blocks from the beach. It is very roomy inside - absolutely perfect for the two of us! The cottage is pristine and well-appointed. Oversized beach towels, terry robes and slipper socks were a very nice touch. The host is very responsive and helpful. We would definitely book this property if we travel to the area again."

House was perfect for 4 adults and 2 kids could have easily added a few more adults/kids and still been fine. Joe was a great host explained everything in great detail and was incredibly responsive.
