There was no hot water and upom notifying the staff they knew and still put is in the room. They adverise free breakfast but upon arriving there's a sign that the dining room is closed due to equipment issues.

The room Was clean but the attendant was irritated that I had woke him to check in after I had been driving for 14 hours…. Just was very odd …. He informed me that he had a long weekend and needed sleep …if people cannot check in at a hotel after a certain time they should probably have that listed on the website also there isn’t any breakfast but was stated that there was …..overall not a bad hotel just a reallly really weird experience

It's just a older motel but very comfortable and staff was very nice carpets need shampooed and blanket was to thin to keep cozy

Dirty stained floors,black mold in the bathroom. Mirror hanging from two brackets tilted on door knob Refrigerator stunk bad,not plugged in. If we were not exhausted we would have left. The free breakfast,does not exists. Supposedly all the machines are broken,cordend off.

The person who is in resection has a bad temper and attends very badly to the guests sometimes we come tired of driving and we pass so we can rest and that they take care of us badly, the person who is in resection is upset that we wake him up at 1 am is already an older person he forgot his name but it is not fair that he attends like that the first time he gave me the keys to the location in a bad way the second time I booked 2 quotas and he only wanted to give me 1 and I let him that there were two and he told me to leave I love avitacion that was only one, I don't know why he gets like this, if it bothers him so much that they wake him up at the time of his work he should look for another job and not treat the guests badly

I was given a room that was already occupied, I opened the door and there was other people's stuff in the room, so I went back to the desk they gave me a different room. I opened the door and there were 2 people in the room. They gave me another room, but not what I had reserved. What a joke, the staff had no clue what they were doing.

Price was great and staff were friendly but there are absolutely no amenities. No breakfast. Not even tea or coffee or water. A small coffee maker in your room.

Close that business down. Absolutely one of the most run down hotels I have seen in a really long time. There aren't even blankets on the beds. It wasn't terrible about 5 years ago, but this hotel truly embodies what can happen in such a short period of time and not for the better.

This is a strange hotel, and it may not be open for much longer. The listing offered free breakfast, but there was none. Current front desk worker told us that everything is broken down and has been for awhile…guess he meant toasters, coffee-makers, and such? We were not offered any discount based on that. There are a lot of old/cruddy, possibly abandoned, vehicles in the parking lot. Very few actual guests. We did find the hotel and our room reasonably clean, even nice-smelling. And we liked the modern SW decor. But instead of a coverlet or comforter on the bed, there was a sheet, a thin blanket, and then another sheet on top. Just weird. It just felt like we were in a ghost town.
