"Restorant overcrowded, no tables to seat, another guest picked up an apple from our table, threw at somebody, the staff just watched this unfolds. This is not a negative comment for the hotel but rather the behavior of some of the guests there"

"Nice rooms but pools were missing tiles. I had higher expectations of the restaurant for a five star hotel. Some of the local staff members were rude - especially this middle aged male server who almost yelled at me for wanting a drink. He messed up the drink anyway - ordered a Cabernet and he brought ..."

"We had a lovely time in the spacious villa. The garden and pool are private and not overlooked. It is very rural but still only a short drive to Dobrich or the beaches and restaurants at Balchik. Katya was very helpful and quick to answer any questions."
