"本日9月28日チェックアウトしました。 広めのお部屋と朝食が気に入り3度目の利用です。1ヶ月後北海道最 終地としてもう一度滞在予定。フェリーの時間の関係上､その日の朝食は一番早い時間にしてほしいとお願いしましたが、「できません。先着順です。」とつっけんどんな対応。そうかもしれませんが、もう少しゲストに寄り添った対応はできないものかとイヤな気分になりました。 日本女性のフロントでした。 忙しいとは思いますが、客商売失格ですね。 フロントはホテルの顔。残念な対応でした。"

"Very smooth check-in. The place was really beautiful. The location was good, too. Quick walk to the red brick area. 20 minute walk to the ropeway.
