"The property was easily found by using a Sat Nav.
The property inside and outside was very clean. There is a narrow gravel drive up to the property so Parking was in the village square which was a short walk around the outside of the pub, so not recommended for disabled as there is also steps up to the entrance door.
The entrance was a wooden decking which had a range of colorful potted plants and well maintained.
The owner was very helpful with directions and places to visit and eat...

"Lovely peaceful spot in a rural location. The Barn was very clean and the scones and fizz were a lovely gesture. The only complaint would be that the matress in the double room is quite hard and uncomfortable but other than that we had a lovely stay."

"Wonderful place to stay. Though your sharing the pool/gym with others it wasn’t busy and didn’t have a ‘butlins’ feel. The kitchen was very well stocked and there was lots of extras if you needed them like blankets and a heater.
The accommodation is spacious enough for a standard wheelchair, though there are steps to get from the car park. There are a few dvds and games in the cupboard for guests as well as table tennis for the table by the pool. The only let down was the welcome booklet was...

"The nearest shops were a fifteen minute walk away. Clean room. Good check in."

"Nice flat near Plymouth Uni and walking distance to local shops. Access was a bit painful as tbe access code did not work but soon resolved by contacting customer services. Some of the property info such as wifi network and password were not correct either so they need to update their comms. Otherwise the flat was comfortable and had enough cutlery and crockery for 4 (other than bowls). On site parking is a bonus but the open and overflowing trash bins were unsightly and not very welcoming"
