"Everyone loved the breeze way. "

"We were looking for a lakefront property close to Milledgeville and with a nearby boat ramp. This property fit the bill. A plus was the wildlife. We saw deer on or close to the property every day. The next door neighbors were friendly and a joy to converse with. Will return "

"Our stay was excellent in this unit! The house was exceptionally clean, well-located, and abundantly filled with items to use during the stay. The dock is perfectly located for relaxing and/or floating. If the opportunity arises, we would without a doubt visit again!"

"We had the best weekend at Lake Sinclair (me, husband, two adult sons and our doggie). Driving to the house we saw deer everywhere, pulled into the driveway and I was speechless. The view… it is breathtaking! Launched our boat at Anchors marina (5 launch fee and only two minutes from the house). Caught a huge catfish from the boat dock which is very nice and an easy walk from the house. The kitchen is well stocked and Kroger is just a short drive away. Enjoyed cooking a few meals in the kitchen...

The newly built pergola (the owner and his son built it) was lovely for my morning coffee. This property has all the amenities you will need and more. The host, Tracy, is lovely as well. I will be staying here again!"

"We had a great time staying at the Asylum house. I will not lie it was a bit scary driving up. Once there it was a blast. Walking around the old Hospital grounds. We think we got some voice box recordings. Did hear some screams, well we think we did. Saw the old Prison creepy for sure. Must go to the old cemetery. Could have used more towels, but that would be the only down side. So if your looking for a place that has a past, this is the place. Its a must see for sure. Thanks. John. "
