"The room was as expected, and staff was friendly. The only thing was disappointing is the fact that 5 star hotel don't have their own airport transfer arrangement and wasn't helpful to organise that. It's challenging when you come from different country trying to figure the transportation, especially during the Dublin Marathon that the hotel should inform guests considering that the transportation would be affected . Nearly missed my flight. "

"Hotel was serviceable albeit a vigorous walk to areas one would want to visit in Dublin. Great location if going to Croke stadium or having a conference there. Somewhat pricey, could find better value."

"Clean and very central to everything in dublin. Pubs and food options only 5 minute walk. Bus and tram stop only 3 minutes away and these services are easy to use so very helpful. Room was smaller then expected but still very good"

"The staff was very approachable and helpful, location is great-just over the Liffee and a short walk to the transit and steering spots. The Dublin Express to/from the airport drops off and picks up a couple of blocks away. Great location, nice staff, clean and safe."

"Great hotel, good location within walking distance of many of the main attractions and 2 mins to Tara station. Our studio apartment was perfect for 2 adults and a child and the small kitchen was a useful addition. Beds were comfy and everything was clean. Staff were all friendly and helpful. "
