This Home has been Completely renovated from top to bottom inside and out. Can't wait to share this Bright airy cozy space with others. It has hardwood floors throughout and tons of Natural Light from nearly every side. Open Kitchen Dining Combo. Moveable Island on wheels that seats 4 comfortably. Attention has been given to every detail of this space. In the kitchen will find dishwasher, Microwave, Keurig full size stove and all the utensils you should need. The bathroom has a full size tub with shower. Looking to sit outside and enjoy your morning coffee or dinner on the Grill. Well we have a Beautiful Flagstone Patio and outside table and chairs.

Nice stay!

Very nice stay, owner was easy to talk to and house is very clean. I missed info that bedrooms are upstairs and bathroom downstairs so may not be the right place for everyone.

Short walk to Ithaca Commons

Nice small house with backyard overlooking park. Nearby restaurant handy but watch out for busy road on the way. 10 min walk to the Commons. Great AC in each room.

Very place, convenient location

The place was exactly as described and everything we needed. Downtown/commons is walkable but we drove. There's a nice restaurant across the street that offers breakfast, lunch and dinner and has a nice happy hour. The host was a great communicator and the checkin process was a seamless.

Comfortable place, great location

My husband and I had a comfortable, enjoyable stay. The house is very clean and in a great location, easy to get to the very close by Ithaca Commons and Buttermilk Falls State Park, as well as basic retail needs. There is some unfinished work still ongoing at the house but it didn’t interfere with our enjoyment.

Great House, great neighborhood

Even though there is still some work going on at the house (especially in the garden, outside) it is a really cozy and nice house in a great neighborhood. Walking distance to all amenities (shops, commons...) needed. Thank You Melissa for a great time in Ithaca.

Perfect spot for a family gathering

We came from out of state for a family event and wanted a house for us and our adult kids. We wanted a place close to town, with air conditioning. This place is well located, newly renovated, and has a terrific back yard, spacious and private. This house was great and we would highly recommend it.

Great location

House is newly remodeled, so there was some residual saw dust and unfinished work. Great location, probably the only downside was the only bathroom is downstairs and both bedrooms are upstairs. My mother in law was with us and doing stairs in middle of the night at 75 was a bit tricky!
