"The room was clean, and a great location in Southsea. A few small issues: the TV stopped working on our last morning, the bath had not been used and the water ran yellow, but the shower was fine. A cloth to do the washing up would have been of use. Overall the room was a great base for our weekend away."

"Property was very clean and had everything that we needed. It did have two bedrooms which would be OK if you had two adults and two small kids. Not enough room for 4 adults, but it was perfect for my husband and myself. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the lady working in reception who was wonderful and very understanding when we accidentally booked the wrong date for checking out. The location was great in Seaview, walking distance to the sea with some lovely eating places...

The home is on three levels with steep staircases, which were not at all a problem for us, but would not be ideal for everyone. Still, I highly recommend it. Arundel is a charming town. The castle is stunning. The restaurants were steps away and excellent. Wish we’d booked a longer stay!"

"This is the second time we have stayed here as a base for attending the Festival of speed. The standard of accommodation is good, it is exceptionally well equipped and very clean. The stand out is the location next the quay and on a nature reserve. we love walking around the nature reserve and viewing the wild life from the balcony. The Festival is about a 35 minute drive and during the week we also visited Arundel Castle and the Isle of Wight. We will be coming back next year."

"We were late booking accommodation for Goodwood so didn’t have many options without needing to remortgage the house. We choose Marine Court for price and location. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived as it’s actually a firefighters charity who rent their rooms out of a weekend, and is used for firefighters rehab during the week. The room we had was big, modern and spotlessly clean. The staff were really friendly and helpful and reception was manned 24/7. There is no bar at the weekend...
