Floors had not been vacuumed at all. Basically the only thing done was beds were made. As we went out to dinner, I stopped at the front desk and told them, all he said was he'd make note of it. Towel was still there when we got back from dinner. My mother and I did not feel comfortable in taking showers, because it just didn't look...

"The moment I opened the door the smell of cigarettes was so overwhelming! the door and walls were very dirty and there was hardly any bedding-I was there about 3 minutes and ended up leaving my room key (room 217) on the counter and walked out. I did not even feel safe. "

We went to breakfast at 7:30 AM on a Sunday and found many basic items missing like fruit, bread for toast, and hard-boiled eggs. They did have sausage patties and strange little egg omelettes that were warmed over many times. I think this is not Holiday Inn express standards. At least I sure hope so. We went there...
