"As a hotel executive in New York City, I am a big fan of Turkish hospitality. No country can beat Turkish hospitality and service culture.
My room was modest and clean. Everyday cleaning service and clean towels were making me feel so happy once I was back to my hotel room. Every day, 1 liter of complimentary Turkish mineral water was a simple, polite amenity.
I did not get a chance to use the rooftop breakfast, however. The Pera district offers tons of great restaurant and cocktail bar...

"This is my second time at this hotel when I say the reception team all staff at the door the restaurant are amazing and so helpful in every way, though out the day they do everything to make all guest happy, iv never been to a hotel and had treatment like this. If booking this hotel make sure to book with breakfast can’t be missed better then all breakfast from outside it caters for all need and allergies. Location is fantastic walking distance to Taksim square and all metro and busses "

"Property was a short walking distance from Taksim square and closed to public transportation. Building was newly renovated with chic style. The only complaint I have is a noticeable unpleasant odour on one side of the lobby which permeated to our room on the third floor as well. Other than that, the hotel is great. "

"We were able to check in prior to check in time. Room was very comfortable and bathroom was big. A daily bottle of water free of charge was provided. Breakfast staff and food were excellent. As the hotel is centrally located in the Taksim area, it is very walkable. Close to everything."

"The buffet food was very good and fresh. There are many tables and chairs to choose from. My over all experience at this hotel was excellent. Close by to many locations and they have taxis at this hotel to take around town for a reasonable price. 24/7.
Thaw staff everywhere were very welcoming and very friendly. This hotel is as good as it gets in Istanbul. "
